The Hunger Prevention Coalition of Central Oregon is a nonprofit agency formed in 2000. We raise and distribute funds for nutritious food (like fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins such as meat, milk and eggs) to outlets and distribution points throughout Central Oregon.
We also work to increase awareness by educating the general public about the importance of good nutrition especially in populations where poverty is the rule rather than the exception.

Placards are placed in local grocery stores and other retail locations throughout Central Oregon. Generous shoppers use the tear-off coupons to make donations via the handy barcode. QR code options are also available. Want to add your business to the HPC Retail Partner Team?
OUR PARTNER AGENCIES
Our partner agencies, selected once each year, are chosen based on their ability to prove that they will serve anyone in need and will direct our support to purchase items that increase the nutritional value of the meals or food boxes distributed.
